The DENNEROLL Compression Extensioncervical system device was developed by Chiropractors interested inoptimization of cervical and thoracic spine curvatures and posture. Its uniquedesign provides an effective corrective stretch that assists in the reductionof the abnormal Cervical Lordosis with anterior head translation andincreased upper-mid thoracic kyphosis. This DENNEROLL Systemcan assist in relief of pain, muscle tension and improved health; and itsdesign allows for easy transportation. There is simply no other system likethis on the market with the versatility, professional look, and functionality.

The Denneroll compression system’s support base has beenuniquely contoured to allow centered placement of the thoracic Denneroll ontop; while the lower portion is contoured to assist in patient lumbar low backcomfort while on the unit. Its unique design assists in the reduction ofposterior thoracic cage translation in combination with an increased thoracickyphosis, anterior head posture, and reduced cervical lordosis.

The main features of this Denneroll Compression ExtensionSystem include and allow for:

·     Contoured thoracic andlumbar base for patient comfort and for a consistent placement of the unit.

·     The Thoracic Dennerollto effectively target posterior thoracic translation and increased thoracickyphosis.

·     Note that changing theapex of the Thoracic spine contact with the peak of the Thoracic Dennerollallows customized fit to the individual patient’s needs and their spine.

·     High quality non-slipcompression band allows for customized tension with an easily adjustable slidethrough a professional looking and durable aluminum support bar at the base ofthe unit.

·     Posterior thoracictranslation relative to the pelvis,

·     Increased mid and/orupper thoracic kyphosis,

·     Anterior head posturegreater than 25mm (approximately),

·     Loss of the normalcervical lordosis with an increased C7 posterior body tangent angle relative tovertical (refer to the CBP ideal spine model values in user instruction guide),

·     Rounded-protractedshoulder girdle and scapular region.

Size of the Denneroll Compression ExtensionSystem

Thethoracic support block is approximately 50mm in height (2 inches). The blockcomes with a 20mm elevation block that is designed to be used underneath thesupport block when more elevation is needed. When used in combination, the twoblocks total 70mm and create a significant anterior translation of the thoraciccage. The Thoracic Denneroll is designed to fit centered on the support blockand can be adjusted superiorly or inferiorly depending on where the patientneeds dictate. The exact location of the thoracic Denneroll for a specificpatient should be marked with a permanent marker for ease of application.
